Matchmaker — Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Matchmaker collects the following information to provide its services:

• Display name (chosen by the user)
• City and country (for local matchmaking)
• Game preferences and army selection
• Match history and results
• WhatsApp contact number (optional, only shared with matched opponents)
• Device push notification token (for match alerts)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To connect you with other players in your city
• To display your profile and battle record
• To send push notifications about match requests and updates
• To calculate karma scores and rankings

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Anonymous Authentication

Matchmaker uses anonymous Firebase authentication. No email or password is required to use the app. Your account is tied to your device.

5. Advertising

Matchmaker may display ads powered by Google AdMob for non-premium users. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not store payment information. Subscription management is handled by Google Play.

7. Children's Privacy

Matchmaker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your match history and profile data at any time from the Profile section of the app using the "Purge All Records" option.
